As gold by fire is tested,
Its purity shown forth,
So cleansing fires of Truth may prove
To man his native worth.
And as a mirror shows us

So God forever sees His child

Saw man's perfection shine,

The mighty God, even the
Lord, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the
going down thereof. Out of Zion, the
perfection of beauty, God hath shined.
Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour
before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him. He shall call to the heavens from above, and
to the earth, that he may judge his people.
Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with
me by sacrifice. And the heavens shall
declare his righteousness: for God is judge himself.
Psalms 18:30‑33,35,36,46
As for God, his way is
perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust
in him. For who is God save the
Lord? or who is a rock save our God? It is God that girdeth me with strength, and
maketh my way perfect. He maketh my feet
like hinds' feet, and setteth me upon my high places.
Thou hast also given me the
shield of thy salvation: and thy right hand hath holden me up, and thy
gentleness hath made me great. Thou hast
enlarged my steps under me, that my feet did not slip.

God of Truth, eternal good,
Lift our hearts to revelation,

Spirit is the real and eternal; matter is the unreal and temporal. Spirit is God, and man is His image and likeness. Therefore man is not material; he is spiritual.
