As gold by fire is tested,
Its purity shown forth,
So cleansing fires of Truth may prove
To man his native worth.
And as a mirror shows us
A likeness clear and bright,
So God forever sees His child
Revealed in radiant light.

Saw man's perfection shine,

Praise ye the Lord. Blessed
is the man that feareth the Lord, that delighteth greatly in his
commandments. His seed shall be mighty
upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed. Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and
his righteousness endureth for ever.
Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: he is gracious,
and full of compassion, and righteous. A
good man sheweth favour, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with
discretion. Surely he shall not be moved
for ever: the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance. He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his
heart is fixed, trusting in the Lord.

I will love thee, O Lord, my
strength. The Lord is my rock, and my
fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my
buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. I will call upon the

He sent from above, he took
me, he drew me out of many waters. He
delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them which hated me: for they were
too strong for me. They prevented me in
the day of my calamity: but the Lord was my stay. He brought me forth also into a large place;
he delivered me, because he delighted in me.
The Lord rewarded me according to my righteousness; according to the
cleanness of my hands hath he recompensed me.
For I have kept the ways of the Lord, and have not wickedly departed
from my God. For all his judgments were

myself from mine iniquity. Therefore
hath the Lord recompensed me according to my righteousness, according to the
cleanness of my hands in his eyesight.
As for God, his way is
perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust
in him.

Arise ye people, take your stand,

There is no life, truth, intelligence, nor substance in matter. All is infinite Mind and its infinite manifestation, for God is All-in-all. Spirit is immortal Truth; matter is mortal error. Spirit is the real and eternal; matter is the unreal and temporal. Spirit is God, and man is His image and likeness. Therefore man is not material; he is spiritual.
